My story

Waheeda is a Specialist Finance Advisor to CFOs of multi-billion pound corporates for business-critical cutting-edge projects. A serial entrepreneur, she has strategic relationships with venture capitalists, private equity firms and unicorns.

She is a disruptive, transformative, and innovative thinker and actively coaches and mentors Russell Group university students at innovation centres. A Senior leader with deep transformational capabilities, with knowledge and skills honed across different geographies in the Banking, Asset Management, and Insurance sector.

Waheeda is continuing her own journey of self-discovery and is passionate about leading organisations to digitise their capabilities and set up centres of excellence. She is a high riser, on a trajectory to become a senior executive, as she develops her Portfolio Career. She is the CPF National Discussion Group Leader for Health Provision and Reformation of the NHS with the Conservative Party, the CPF Lead for CFOP, an advisor to the CFOP Steering committee as well as being responsible for building the Women’s Chapter. She is an ambassador for 50:50 Parliament and is fully committed to bringing diversity and inclusion to Parliament.

Waheeda is a Politician, she led a campaign as a Candidate Councillor for the Hanwell Broadway ward with Ealing Conservatives in the Local Elections in May 2022. She is presently the Conservative Policy Forum National Discussion Group Leader for Health Provision and Reformation of the NHS.

Waheeda is highly regarded as a public speaker and she is often invited to give keynote speeches at High profile events. Most notably, she was recently invited to speak about ‘Digital Transformation’ at the World Finance Forum in Victoria and about ‘The Secrets of a Successful Portfolio Career’ at the CFO Summit in Twickenham Stadium, the home of England Rugby.

Waheeda is a Fellow with the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs, and she was awarded FIOEE status in 2020 after years of successful entrepreneurialism. She is the CEO of the Luxury Real Estate business Ephesus Luxury Properties which has several partners including Emaar which owns 80% of the UAE market share, Seven Tides, Asteco, Anantara, Movenpick Hotels and Resorts, Dukes, and Dukes Oceana.

Waheeda is a Thomas International PPA Practitioner and is studying for an ILM 7 Executive Coaching Masters awarded by RTC, the only professional Executive Coaching body and world renowned. Waheeda is also a mentor with the CIMA UK Mentoring Scheme.
